Coolant Pipe, Replace (Z 17 DTH, without AC, LHD)

Remove

1.	Remove exhaust manifold with turbocharger and pre-catalytic converter

2.	Lower vehicle

Remove coolant pipe

•	Remove bolt (1)

•	Release clamp

•	Pull coolant hose from coolant pipe flange in direction of arrow

Detach coolant hose

•	Release clamp

Install

Attach coolant hose

•	Fasten clamp

Install coolant pipe

•	Replace seal ring

•

Attach coolant hose

–	Fasten clamp

•	Tighten bolt 95.1 Nm

7.	Raise vehicle

8.	Install exhaust manifold with turbocharger and pre-catalytic converter

9.	Top up coolant

10.

Top up engine oil

•	Observe specified engine oil quantity

•	Start engine and allow to run until oil pressure telltale extinguishes.

•	Check engine oil level, if necessary correct.
