Replace wing bracket strut wheel housing

Important:   Note specification for welded, brazed and riveted joints LUREF_1.gif and body repair with structural adhesive !

  Remove

1.   Remove attaching parts
Object Number: 10679606 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Drill out wing bracket strut wheel housing

  Install
3.   Fit and prepare wing bracket strut wheel housing
•   Drill 4x fixing holes for watertight rivets

4.   Remove wing bracket strut wheel housing


5.   Apply adhesive from corrosion protection adhesive system 93 160 535 / 15 05 000 to wheel housing strut



6.   Weld and rivet in wing bracket strut wheel housing
•   Rivet on 4x waterproof rivets

7.   Fit attaching parts
