Replace rear door inner panelling
 Remove
|

Remove cover cap from door opener (I)

Use a suitable tool to unclip the cover cap
|

Where fitted, remove window crank (II)
| • |
Remove window crank with KM-317-B
|
|
| 4. |
Remove door inside handle cover (III)
| • |
Prise off panel with plastic wedge
|
|
|
|
| 5. |
Detach rear door inner panelling
| • |
Unscrew 3x bolt (arrows)
|
|
|
| 6. |
Detach rear door inner panelling
Note: Where fitted,
disconnect wiring harness plug for electric window winder
| • |
Unclip inner panelling 6x
|
| • |
Detach Bowden cable for operation of door from inside
(arrows)
|
|
|
|
Install
| 7. |
Attach rear door inner panelling
Note: Where fitted,
connect wiring harness plug for electric window winder
| • |
Attach Bowden cable, door actuation from inside
|
| • |
Clip in inner panelling 6x
|
|
| 8. |
Attach rear door inner panelling
|
| 9. |
Attach door inside handle panel
|
| 10. |
Where fitted, install window crank
| • |
Attach window crank and engage
|
|
| 11. |
Install cover cap on door opener
|
