Replace rear quarter panel inner panelling - L68

Remove

1.	Remove rear seat base

2.	Remove rear seat backrest, single component

3.	Remove inner panelling of lower rear end panel

4.	Remove C-pillar inner panelling

5.	Open service hatch (1) for rear quarter panelling

Remove tyre fill system (2)

•	Disconnect wiring harness plug.

Detach closing bolt (1) for rear seat backrest

•	Unscrew 2x bolt (2)

Detach rear quarter panelling

•	Unscrew 3x bolt

•	Unclip 5x clips

Install

Attach rear quarter panelling

•	Clip in 5x clips

•	Tighten 3x bolt Note: Ensure tailgate rubber strip sits correctly

10.

Attach closing bolt for rear seat backrest

•	Tighten 2x bolts 8 Nm

11.

Insert tyre fill system

•	Connect wiring harness plug

12.	Close service hatch on rear quarter panelling

13.	Fit C-pillar inner panelling

14.	Install inner panelling for lower rear end panel

15.	Install rear seat backrest, single component

16.	Install rear bench seat
