Replace upper B-pillar inner panelling - L68
 Remove

Move seat to forwardmost position
|

Detach belt tensioner panelling (1)
| • |
Partly remove shear protection (2), replace if necessary
|

Unscrew 2 x bolt (arrows)
| – |
Remove panelling from 2x guide
|
|
|
| 3. |
Detach belt fixing to belt tensioner
| • |
Remove belt tensioner panelling
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Detach upper B-pillar panelling (1)
| • |
Remove upper B-pillar panelling from guide (2)
|
| • |
Unclip upper B-pillar panelling (3)
|
| • |
Thread belt (5) out of upper B-pillar panelling
|
|
| 5. |
Detach belt height adjustment panel (4)
| • |
Remove panel from guide
|
|
|
|
Install
| 6. |
Attach belt height adjustment panel
|
| 7. |
Install upper B-pillar panelling
| • |
Thread belt into upper B-pillar panelling
|
| • |
Clip in upper B-pillar panelling
|
| • |
Insert upper B-pillar panelling in guide
Note: Ensure door
rubber strip sits correctly
|

| 8. |
Belt fixing to belt tensioner
|
| 9. |
Attach belt tensioner panelling
| • |
Insert panelling in 2x guide
|
|
| 10. |
Return seat to original position
|
