Kinematic gears air distribution - replace ECC

 Remove
| 1. |
Remove instrument panel padding 
|
| 2. |
Remove servo motor kinematic plate (1)
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)
|
|
|
|
| 3. |
Remove kinematic plate (1)
|
|
|
| 4. |
Remove temperature sensor (1) air outlet headroom
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)
|
|
|
|
| 5. |
Kinematic gears air distribution - remove
| • |
Remove defroster cam (1)
|
| • |
Release defroster lever (2) (arrow) and remove
|
| • |
Remove kinematic gear defroster (3)
|
| • |
Release kinematic gear ventilation (5) (arrow) and remove
Note: Use angled
screwdriver or similar tool to release.

| • |
Release kinematic gear footwell (4) (arrow) and remove
|
|
|
|
Install
|
| 6. |
Kinematic gears air distribution - install
Note: The kinematic
gears are coded and can only be installed in one position. Before
installation, highlight the corresponding marking to facilitate
positioning.

Kinematic gear footwell (2) - insert
|
| • |
Kinematic gear ventilation (3) - insert
|
| • |
Kinematic gear defroster (1) - insert
|
|
|
|
| 7. |
Install cam, kinematic air distribution
| • |
Insert defroster lever (1)
|
| • |
Insert defroster cam (2)
Note: Note marking on
defroster gear (4) for correct position. Before installation,
highlight the corresponding marking (arrows). The bore in the cam
and the defroster gear (3) must align.

Fit servo motor kinematic plate

Fix wiring harness plug
|
|
| 10. |
Install temperature sensor, air outlet headroom

Fix wiring harness plug

Install instrument panel padding

|
