Replace Return Heating Hose for Corsa D HVAC Stopp/Start System

Replace heating hose - return

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Drain coolant
•   Place collecting basin underneath.
•   Push on suitable hose (2)
•   Open drain cock (1) in the direction of the arrow
•   Collect coolant
•   Close drain cock

3.   Remove battery
4.   Remove battery tray

5.   Detach return heating hose (1) from heater core
•   Release quick-release fitting (2) using a screwdriver

6.   Detach return heating hose from electrical coolant pump
•   Open clamp (2)
•   Unclip return heating hose from bracket (1)

  Install

7.   Attach return heating hose to electrical coolant pump
•   Clip return heating hose into bracket
•   Connect return heating hose with electrical coolant pump
•   Close clamp
8.   Attach return heating hose to heater core
•   Connect quick-release fitting
9.   Install battery support
10.   Install battery
11.   Fill and bleed cooling system LUREF_1.gif
12.   Close bonnet
