Check cooling system for leaks > < Remove and install coolant pipe

Coolant flange, remove and install

  Remove

1.   Remove coolant pipe
2.   Remove alternator bracket
3.   Remove coolant flange
•   Detach coolant hose from coolant flange
– Release clamp
•   Unscrew 2x bolts (1)

  Install

4.   Clean sealing surface
5.   Install cooling flange
•   Apply sealing compound
•   Tighten 2x bolt 24 Nm
•   Attach coolant hose to coolant flange
– Fasten clamp
6.   Install alternator bracket
7.   Install coolant pipe

Check cooling system for leaks > < Remove and install coolant pipe
