Replace intake pipe for oil pump > < Oil Pump, Check

Corsa D

Oil Pump Pressure-Regulating Valve, Remove and Install

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   In vehicles with air conditioning; remove ribbed V-belt LUREF_1.gif
3.   For vehicles with air conditioning: detach compressor (1)
Note:   Refrigerant lines are not disconnected.
•   Unscrew 3x bolts (2)
Object Number: 8125550 Size: DEFAULT


4.   Place collecting pan underneath.
5.   Remove oil pump pressure regulating valve
•   Remove bolt (arrow)
•   Remove spring with piston
Object Number: 2406304 Size: DEFAULT


6.   Cleaning work

  Install

7.   Install oil pump pressure regulating valve
•   Replace sealing ring
•   Tighten bolt
8.   In vehicles with air conditioning: attach compressor
•   Tighten 3 bolts 22 Nm
9.   In vehicles with air conditioning: install ribbed V-belt LUREF_1.gif
10.   Check engine oil level, correct if necessary
11.   Close bonnet
