Subject: Engine Y/Z13DT/J/H, Alternator pulley - High frequent squeaking noise out of engine compartment

Complaint:	Customer complaint about high frequent squeaking noise from Poly-V-Belt area.
Cause:	Alternator pulley defective.
Production:	As of the following breakpoints improved pulleys have been introduced in production: - plant Antwerp, 23 January 2008, VIN W0L0AHL0885075411; - plant Ellesmere Port, 14 January 2008, VIN W0L0AHL7088059413; - plant Zaragoza, 10 January 2008, VIN W0L0XCE7584197742; - plant Bochum, 08 January 2008, VIN W0L0AHL3582095073; - plant Heuliez, 30 January 2008, VIN W0L0XCR978E003826.

Remedy:

In case of customer complaint replace current alternator pulley by an 
improved alternator pulley according TIS 2000 procedure.

Note: Bad quality pulleys can be easily identified by supplier name
      LITENS. Improved pulleys are supplied by INA.

Note: Special tool KM-6372 has to be used.
