Remove and install accumulator > < Replace solenoid, throttle valve (Z13DTH)

Corsa D

Replace air cleaner housing

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove engine cover
3.   Remove air cleaner housing (1) with air intake hose (5)
•   Disconnect 2x wiring harness plugs (2)
•   Remove air intake hose from turbocharger
– Release clamp (4)
•   Detach oil separator hose from air intake hose
– Release clamp (3)
•   Detach water drain hose from lower part of air cleaner housing
– Pull off hose from air cleaner housing
•   Detach air cleaner housing from wheel housing
– Press out from rubber retainer in 3 places

4.   Detach air flow sensor with air intake hose (2)
•   Release clamp
5.   Remove air cleaner element
•   Detach upper part of air cleaner housing (1)
– Unscrew 4x bolts

  Install

6.   Install air cleaner element
•   Tighten 4x bolts
7.   Attach air flow sensor with air intake hose
•   Tighten clamp 3.5 Nm
8.   Install air cleaner housing with air intake hose
•   Attach water drain hose to air cleaner housing
– Reconnect water drain hose
•   Attach air cleaner housing to wheelhouse
– Press into rubber retainers in 3 places
•   Attach air intake hose to turbocharger
– Tighten clamp 3.5 Nm
•   Attach oil separator hose to air intake hose
– Fasten clamp
•   Push on 2x wiring harness plug
9.   Install engine cover
10.   Close bonnet

Remove and install accumulator > < Replace solenoid, throttle valve (Z13DTH)
