Replace intake pipe pressure sensor > < Replace ignition module

Corsa D

Twinport Vacuum Unit, Replace

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Detach 2x engine vent hose (2) from cylinder head cover
•   Undo 2x clamp (1)

3.   Detach injector cover (1)
Object Number: 10686709 Size: DEFAULT


4.   Detach vacuum hose from intake manifold to Twinport solenoid valve
5.   Detach Twinport vacuum unit with Twinport solenoid valve
•   Disconnect wiring harness connector.
•   Unscrew 2x bolts (1)
•   Carefully unclip linkage (2) with screwdriver

6.   Detach Twinport solenoid valve (1) from Twinport vacuum unit (2)
•   Detach vacuum hose (3) from Twinport vacuum unit (2)
•   Unlock Twinport solenoid valve (1) and release

  Install

7.   Attach Twinport solenoid valve to Twinport vacuum unit
•   Connect Twinport solenoid valve and lock
•   Attach vacuum hose to vacuum socket
8.   Attach Twinport vacuum unit with Twinport solenoid valve
•   Screw in 2x bolts
•   Carefully clip in linkage
•   Fix wiring harness plug
9.   Attach vacuum hose from intake manifold to Twinport solenoid valve
10.   Attach cover - injectors
11.   Attach both engine vent hoses from cylinder head cover and exhaust manifold
12.   Close bonnet
