Replace pre-heating system control unit

Replace pre-heating system control unit

Note:   Programming with TECH 2

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove pre-glow system control unit (1)
•   Pull pre-heating system control unit out of bracket in direction of arrow
•   Unclip 2x wiring harness from bracket (2)
•   Disconnect 2x wiring harness plugs (3)

  Install

3.   Install pre-glow system control unit
•   Connect 2x wiring harness plugs
•   Insert pre-heating system control unit into bracket
•   Clip wiring harness into bracket in 2 places
4.   Close bonnet
