Remedy

In case of customer complaint proceed as follows:

A13DTC/Z13DTJ:
Check fuel pump for correct part number.

Important:
The fuel pump with the part number 13252214 printed on the module 
must be installed!
In case part number 13252213 is installed replace to 13252214!

Note:
Production P/N 13252214 refers to Service P/N 93190773 in EPC.

Only A13DTC:

If the correct fuel pump is installed the fuel return pipe 55565103 
must be replaced by part number 55583597. 

The flexible fuel pipe is planned to be available starting CW 48/2011.

Working Procedure:

 1. Remove rear seat pad

    - see working procedure "Replace rear seat pad - L08",
      group "C - Body Equipment/Seats, Upholstery, Inner Trim Panels/
      Rear Seat", Service Instruction Corsa-D.

 2. Remove service flap (Picture I, 1)

    - Lift insulation (2)

 3. Check fuel pump part number (Picture II, 1)

    Note:
    If there is the fuel pump with the part number 13252213 installed 
    replace the fuel pump.
    If there is the fuel pump with the part number 13252214 installed 
    no further steps are required.

 4. Replace fuel pump

    - see working procedure "Replace in-tank module", group "L - Fuel 
      and Exhaust System/Fuel System/Fuel Tank", 
      Service Instruction Corsa-D.
