Replace regulator release valve (Euro 5)
Warning: When
working on the LPG system, the multivalve shut-off valve must be
closed BY HAND. Work may only be performed by trained personnel.
Faulty installation can lead to fire or explosion, which is a
danger to life and limb.
Important: Observe
safety regulations for gas-driven vehicles (natural gas / Liquefied
Petroleum Gas LPG).
 Remove

Remove air cleaner housing

Detach gas feed line from regulator release valve
| • |
Unscrew bolt (1). Note:
Note: When opening the
screw, drain the residual gas to atmosphere.

|
| 5. |
Detach regulator release valve
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness plug
|
| • |
Detach regulator release valve (1) from thread reduction
(2)
Note: Using a suitable
spanner, counterhold at thread reduction.

|
Install
| 6. |
Attach regulator release valve
| • |
Attach regulator release valve to thread reduction
Note: Insert regulator
release valve with sealant. After applying the sealant, the
installation procedure must be complete within 10 minutes.

Connect wiring harness plug
|
|
| 7. |
Attach gas feed line to regulator release valve
| • |
Tighten screw with MKM-6600-1 and
MKM-6600-200
|
|
| 8. |
Install air cleaner housing
|
| 10. |
Carry out leak test and repair any leaks 
|
