Replace LPG injector nozzle (Euro 5)
Warning: When
working on the LPG system, the multivalve shut-off valve must be
closed BY HAND. Work may only be performed by trained personnel.
Faulty installation can lead to fire or explosion, which is a
danger to life and limb.
Important: Observe
safety regulations for gas-driven vehicles (natural gas / Liquefied
Petroleum Gas LPG).
 Remove

Undo injection module (1)

Unscrew 2x screw (2)
Note: Carefully fold
the injection module forwards.

| 4. |
Detach gas hose (2)
| • |
Remove gas hose (2) from injector nozzle (3) and injector
module (4)
|
|
|
| 5. |
Detach injector nozzle (1)
| • |
Unscrew injector nozzle
Note: Use suitable
tool. For cylinders 2 and 3, for space reasons the throttle valve
module must be removed.

Install
| 6. |
Install injector nozzle
| • |
Screw injector nozzle in with sealant
Note: After applying
the sealant, the installation procedure must be complete within 10
minutes.

Install gas hose
| • |
Push gas hose onto injector nozzle and injector module
|

Install injector module

| 9. |
Carry out leak test and repair any leaks 
|
