Actuator > < Replace gas sensor (Euro 4)

Replace LPG temperature/pressure sensor (Euro 5)

Warning:   When working on the LPG system, the multivalve shut-off valve must be closed BY HAND. Work may only be performed by trained personnel. Faulty installation can lead to fire or explosion, which is a danger to life and limb.

Important:   Observe safety regulations for gas-driven vehicles (natural gas / Liquefied Petroleum Gas LPG).

  Remove

1.   Close shut-off valve
2.   Open bonnet
3.   Remove LPG temperature/pressure sensor
Note:   Residual gas escapes to the atmosphere when the LPG temperature/pressure sensor is removed.
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (1)
•   Unscrew bolt (2)

  Install

4.   Install LPG temperature/pressure sensor
•   Replace gasket
•   Tighten bolt
•   Connect wiring harness plug
5.   Open shut-off valve
6.   Carry out leak test and repair any leaks LUREF_1.gif
7.   Close bonnet
