Replace safety solenoid valve (Euro 4) > < Replace gas line filter (Euro 5)

Corsa D

Replace side filler unit (Euro 4)

Warning:   When working on the LPG system, the multivalve shut-off valve must be closed BY HAND. Work may only be performed by trained personnel. Faulty installation can lead to fire or explosion, which is a danger to life and limb.

Important:   Observe safety regulations for gas-driven vehicles (natural gas / Liquefied Petroleum Gas LPG).

  Remove

1.   Remove protective panelling, wheel installation, rear
•   "Corsa-D"
•   Astra-H
•   Meriva
2.   Detach gas filler valve (1)
•   Unscrew 2x screw (2)
•   Unscrew nut (3) from gas filler valve (1)

  Install

3.   Install gas filler valve
•   Tighten nuts with MKM-6600-1 and MKM-6600-200
– Tightening torque 14 Nm
•   Tighten 2x nuts
4.   Carry out leak test and repair any leaks LUREF_1.gif
5.   Fit protective panelling, wheel installation, rear
•   "Corsa-D"
•   Astra-H
•   Meriva
