Hose of the Tailgate Wash/Wipe System, Replace
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove the inner panelling of the rear pillar 
|
| 2. |
Remove third brake light
|
|
|
| 3. |
Remove washer nozzle of tailgate wash/wipe system
| • |
Remove hose from wash/wipe system (1)
|
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the hose of the tailgate wipe/wash system
| • |
Disconnect hose at C-pillar joint (2)
|
| • |
Expose hose (3) to the bellows
|
| • |
Detach boot at tailgate
|
| • |
Unhook 2x retaining lug (1)
|
| • |
Disconnect hose at the spray nozzle of the third brake
light
|
| • |
Secure new hose to old hose with adhesive tape
|
|
|
Install
| 5. |
Install the hose of the tailgate wipe/wash system
| • |
Install washer nozzle for tailgate wash/wipe system
|
| • |
Connect the hose to the spray nozzle
|
| • |
Connect hose for wash/wipe system
|
| • |
Insert third brake light
|
|
| 6. |
Install the bellows
| • |
Insert boot
| – |
Lock in 2x retaining lug
|
|
|
| 7. |
Connect hose at C-pillar joint
|
| 8. |
Install the inner panelling of the C pillar
|
|
