Replacing the Windscreen Wiper Motor of the Tailgate Wash/Wipe System

  Remove

1.   Remove the inner panelling of the tailgate, lower LUREF_1.gif
2.   Close tailgate
3.   Detach wiper arm
•   Open cover
•   Unscrew nut
•   Pull off wiper arm using KM-6626-20

4.   Open tailgate
Object Number: 10678501 Size: DEFAULT

5.   Remove wiper motor
•   Unscrew 3x bolts (1)
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)

  Install

6.   Install wiper motor
•   Insert wiper arm
•   Tighten 3x bolt 9 Nm
•   Fix wiring harness plug
7.   Attach wiper arm
•   Extend wiper arm
– Tighten nut 9 Nm
•   Close cover
8.   Install the inner panelling of the tailgate, lower LUREF_1.gif
