Gasket between Exhaust Manifold and Cylinder Head ,
Replace
Exhaust Manifold, Remove
Remove radiator.
See corresponding operation in this group.
Unscrew radiator grille and remove.
Loosen clamp on charge air pipe at turbocharger.

Remove air intake hose and unbolt charge air pipe from air
cleaner housing.
Unbolt bracket from cylinder head and remove charge air
pipe.

|
Unbolt heat shield from turbocharger and remove.
|
|
|
Unbolt front exhaust pipe from turbocharger connection.
|
|
|
Remove hollow screw of oil pressure line from cylinder
block.
Collect engine oil.
Loosen clamps on oil return hose and detach hose completely.

|
Unscrew turbocharger support from cylinder block.
|
|
|
Unbolt heat shield from exhaust manifold and remove.
|
|
|
Unbolt water pipe bracket from cylinder head.
Loosen hose clamp and detach hose from thermostat housing.
|
|
|
Unbolt lower coolant hose connection from cylinder block and
press off of water pipe.
|
|
|
Unbolt exhaust manifold from cylinder head and remove
complete with turbocharger and water pipes.
Remove old exhaust manifold gasket.
