Floor Panel – Rear, Rear Frame (Partial
Replacement) Crossmember, Replace – Models 21, 22, 23
(Additional operations to "Rear Quarter Panel, Replace" and
"Lower Rear End Panel, Replace")
 Remove

Attaching parts.

Separate rear floor according to specifications:
|
|
1 = partial replacement "long" corresponds to approximately 960
mm.
|
|
2 = partial replacement "short" corresponds to approximately 710
mm.
|
|
Separate rear frame according to specifications:
|
|
1 = partial replacement "long" corresponds to approximately 870
mm.
|
|
2 = partial replacement "short" corresponds to approximately 620
mm.
|
|
Observe size of new part!
|
|
|
Install
|
Fit rear frame, crossmember and rear floor panel. Use body
straightening system. Apply spot weld paint, weld in new parts,
seal cavities, apply underseal.
Attaching parts.
