Sash Window – Rear Door, Remove and
Install
 Remove
|
Rear door window winder – see operation "Window Winder
– Rear, Remove and Install".
Rear door inside and outside channel seal, sash window seal,
window guide (1 clamping piece), sash window stop.

Pull sash window in upward direction while pulling both sliding
pieces out of the guide rail.
Pull out sash window in upward direction, remove rear door frame
seal from the top, pull sash window out of channel.

Install
|
Insert sash window into sash window channel. Insert guide rail
from above into sash window channel. Push sash window slider into
guide rail. Rear door frame weatherstrip. Fasten guide rail. Window
winder.

|
 Adjust
Adjust sash window stops so that rear door weatherstrip does not
get lifted on outside. Set window stop to lowest position.
Moderately tighten window stop bolt. Wind sash window up until it
is flush with the weatherstrip. Wind sash window down. Fasten
bolts.
Install
Sash window seal, rear door inner and outer channel seal, water
vapour barrier, rear door inner panelling.
