Voltmeter, range 20 V, DC

Voltage supply for electric seat adjustment to body wiring harness coupling/ driver's or co-driver's seat connection

Coup- ling, 2-pin/ Ter. 1 (RT/ red)

Ground

·   Disconnect battery negative terminal

·   F5 inserted, X1 not disconnected

·   Release 2-pin wiring harness connection for voltage supply of electric seat adjustment from driver's seat or co-driver's seat and disconnect from body wiring harness

·   Connect battery negative terminal

·   Measurement at 2-pin body wiring harness coupling Ter. 1 (RT/red)

·   If nominal value is attained: test step 7

Possible Fault:

(If nominal value is not attained)

1.  Interruption in body wiring harness between wiring harness plug connection X1/Ter. 50 and wiring harness coupling for driver's or co-driver's seat connection (no battery voltage to 2-pin wiring harness coupling Ter. 1 (RT/red)
