·   Coolant temperature greater than 140 °C / 284 °F

     (Short circuit to ground)

Replacement values:

·   101 °C / 214 °F if intake air temperature greater than 0.4 °C / 32.7 °F

·   Intake air temperature lower than 0.4 °C / 32.7 °F: for 3 min after engine start, the intake air temperature is taken as the replacement value, and thereafter 101 °C / 214 °F again

Effects:

·   In general, the learn functions (oxygen sensor control, idle speed control and knock control) are blocked and the last valid values are used for calculation.
