Engine at operating temperature (oil temperature >= 80
°C). Check coolant level and correct if necessary.
Attach Adapter KM-471 (1) and radiator tester (2) to coolant
compensation tank (observe manufacturer's instructions).
Apply approx. 100 kPa (1 bar/14.5 psi) to cooling system.
The radiator gauge is available via catalogue "Opel/Vauxhall
– Workshop Equipment".
Inspect
Cooling System, Check for Leaks
Install
Remove test equipment and seal off coolant compensation
tank.
