Drive Disc, Remove and Install
 Remove

Remove automatic transmission - see operation "Automatic
Transmission, Remove and Install (for vehicles with diesel engine)
(apart from Y 25 DT)" in group "K".
Block drive disc (2) with KM-814 (1) and remove from crankshaft.
(8 attachment screws).
Machine
Recut crankshaft thread.

Install
Block drive disc with KM-814. Coat fastening bolts with screw
locking compound (red) and attach drive disc to crankshaft –
tightening torque 122 Nm / 90 lbf. ft.
Install automatic transmission - see operation "Automatic
Transmission, Remove and Install (for vehicles with diesel engine)
(apart from Y 25 DT)" in group "K".
Adjust crankshaft pulse generator – see operation
"Crankshaft Pulse alternator, Remove and Install".
