Flywheel, Remove and Install
 Remove

Remove clutch – see operation "Pressure Plate and Clutch
Disc, Remove and Install (without SAC)" in group "K".
Block flywheel (2) with KM-814 (1) and remove from crankshaft (8
attachment screws).
Machine
Recut crankshaft thread.

Install
Lock flywheel with KM-814. Coat fastening bolts with screw
locking compound (red) and attach flywheel to crankshaft –
tightening torque 112 Nm / 83 lbf. ft.
Install clutch – see operation "Pressure Plate and Clutch
Disc, Remove and Install (without SAC)" in group "K".
Adjust crankshaft pulse generator – see operation
"Crankshaft Pulse alternator, Remove and Install".
