Suspend Engine Bridge MKM-883-1 from engine transport shackles
– lift engine slightly. If present: Detach vibration damper
(1) from front axle body bracket and engine bracket. Detach engine
damping block fastening nuts from engine damping block bracket and
front axle body. Raise engine with Engine Bridge MKM-883-1 and
remove engine damping block.
Install
Attach engine damping block to front axle body –
tightening torque 55 Nm / 41 lbf. ft. Attach engine damping block
to engine damping block bracket – tightening torque 40 Nm /
29.5 lbf. ft. If removed: Attach vibration damper to front axle
body bracket and engine damping block bracket – tightening
torque 40 Nm / 29.5 lbf. ft.
Caution
Lug (2) must engage in opening in front axle body. Remove Engine
Bridge MKM-883-1.
