speed calculated from start of injection sensor higher than engine speed from
engine speed sensor times 1.38

· Engine
speed calculated from start of injection sensor lower than engine speed from
engine speed sensor times 0.7
· Conditions
must be fulfilled for at least 1.5 s
Effects:
· Maximum
output is reduced.
· The
start of injection is regulated via a characteristic curve.
· The
exhaust gas regulation valve is switched off.
Note:
This fault may also be
recognized as a consequence of missing injections and stored after the engine
is at a standstill, e. g. due to lack of fuel, defective fuel cutoff solenoid
valve, defective pump servo unit or defective injection quantity sensor.
