Remove air cleaner housing – see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install (25 DT)" or "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install (X 25 DT)".

Remove charge air pipe air hose (4) from intercooler. Remove lower engine compartment cover. Undo front area of right wheel house panelling.

Remove intercooler (3) air hose. Remove intercooler attachment screws (2 screws).

Disconnect wiring harness connector (1). Remove intercooler (2), air supply (6) and intercooler fan.

Separate intercooler fan from intercooler – two attachment screws (5).

Connect intercooler fan (1) to intercooler. Ensure that air supply (4) is correctly positioned.

Connect intercooler and intercooler fan to intercooler holder (2 attachment screws).

Connect wiring harness connector (2).

Attach intercooler air hose (3) - tightening torque 3.5 Nm / 2.6 lbf. ft.

Attach front area of wheel house panelling.

Install lower engine compartment cover - tightening torque 5 Nm / 3.7 lbf. ft.

Attach air hose of charge air pipe to intercooler - tightening torque 3.5 Nm / 2.6 lbf. ft.

Install air cleaner housing – see operation "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install (25 DT)" and "Air Cleaner Housing, Remove and Install (X 25 DT)".
