·   Engine speed greater than 2000 rpm

·   Control unit reference voltage for knock sensor lower than 10 mV. The value varies depending on the engine speed

·   Knock sensor voltage is evaluated and indicates an implausible value for 20 consecutive checks (at 100 ms intervals)

Replacement values:

·   If the engine load signal is greater than 2.6 ms (X 25 XE) or 1.8 ms (X 30 XE) and the coolant temperature is higher than 45 °C / 13 °F, the control unit retards the firing angle by up to 12 °CA for reasons of safety

     The value varies depending on the engine speed.
