Throttle Valve Potentiometer, Remove and
Install
 Remove
Disconnect ground cable from battery.
|
Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from throttle valve
potentiometer.
Remove throttle valve potentiometer (2) from throttle body.
Install
Throttle valve closed.
Fasten throttle valve potentiometer to throttle body. Connect
wiring harness plug to throttle valve potentiometer.

|
Ensure correct seating of the throttle valve potentiometer on
the throttle valve shaft.
Connect ground cable to battery.
