Camshaft Housing, Remove and Install

  Remove

Remove cylinder head – see operation "Cylinder Head, Remove and Install". Remove camshaft – see operation "Camshaft and Cam Follower, Remove and Install (Cylinder Head Removed)".

Remove tank vent valve (1) from camshaft housing. Detach wiring harness bracket (2) from camshaft housing.

  Install

Attach tank vent valve to camshaft housing – tightening torque 10 Nm / 7.5 lbf. ft.

Attach wiring harness bracket to camshaft housing – tightening torque 15 Nm / 11 lbf. ft.

Install camshaft – see operation "Camshaft and Cam Follower, Remove and Install (Cylinder Head Removed)". Install cylinder head – see operation "Cylinder Head, Remove and Install".
