Field Remedy: 0920

Remedy:

Install reinforced flex-plate, using new screws.
-  install reinforced flex-plate with new screws (max. axial 
   slack of flex-plate = 0,2 mm)
-  replace defect crankshaft pulse pick up  
-  adjust the space between crankshaft pulse pick up and flex-
   plate with tool KM 810-A as described in the Service 
   Instructions.

flex-plate:                order No. 90 94 851 (from Serv. Dept.)
fastening screws:          Cat./Part No. 07 05 825/(90 522 769)
crankshaft pulse pick up:  Cat./Part No. 62 38 326/(90 487 810)
