Secondary Air Switchover Valve, Remove and Install
(X 20 XEV, X 25 XE and X 30 XE)

 Remove
Disconnect wiring harness plug (2) from secondary air switchover
valve. Disconnect secondary air switchover valve from bracket. Mark
vacuum hoses and disconnect from secondary air switchover
valve.
Install
|
Connect vacuum hoses – note marks made beforehand!

Brake servo connection

Secondary air cutoff valve connection
|
|
Attach secondary air switchover valve to bracket – 4 Nm /
3 lbf. ft.
|
|
Connect wiring harness plug to secondary air switchover
valve.
