Turn key 60° to the right in driver's door

(arm anti-theft warning system)

Wait at least 10 s

Open driver's door

ALARM is triggered (turn signal lamps and horn active)

The following alarms deviate from country code "D":

                      (continuous note),

code "NL":    horn (continuous note) and turn signal units,

code "GB":    only horn

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Turn key 30° to the left in driver's door

(disarm anti-theft warning system)

 

 

Note:

 

For this check, the TECH 1 lead should be routed through the gap between the B pillar and the driver's door left ajar. The driver's door contact switch must be actuated.

 

 

When alarm is triggered, the immobiliser is activated.

 

 

The immobiliser can only be deactivated by the infrared transmitter.
