Poor radio reception on FM and AM.

 

Cause:

 

Production Solution:

As of VIN T10 98426 improved signal amplifiers (Hirschmann) have been installed in the Limousine.

 

Special part:

No

 

Remedy:

For limousine: install the improved antenna amp. available from P&A, Cat /Part-No.17 84 565 /(90 563 190).

 

For station wagon install a roof antenna.

 

Instruction:

 

Caravan: Installing the roof antenna.

 

Way antenna cable parallel to rear lights cable loom.

 

The antenna hole diameter 15 mm should be drilled 88 mm from rear edge of the roof on the centil line.
