Time and Date Display

The TID has a time and date display. The clock has a 24 - hour display.

Adjustment of the time display is identical to the operation on the Corsa - B and Astra - F, with one difference:

If the clock is being adjusted during radio operation, and a radio button for changing programs is pressed at the same time, the time adjustment is no longer interrupted as previously, but is now continued.

Adjustment:

Time and date can be adjusted using the two keys above the TID.

If the mode key (left key) is pressed for longer than 2 sec., the setting mode is activated (time display flashes).

Pressing the mode key again will advance the display to minutes, day, month and year.

Pressing the setting key (right key) briefly increases the relevant display entry.

The adjustment scrolls on automatically when he setting key is held down in the setting mode.

Adjustment is completed when all adjustment positions have been run through and the display no longer flashes.

If, when in the setting mode, the setting key is not actuated within 2 minutes, or the ignition is interrupted, the setting mode is likewise completed.

After a current interruption or when the battery voltage was too low, the time and date must be reset.

When the battery is connected, the time and date display goes automatically into the setting mode for two minutes.
