and disconnect
· Connect battery negative terminal

· Using multimeter, measure voltage at
wiring harness coupling X1/ Ter. 49 to ground

· Lead interruption between F15 and X1/
Ter. 49

· Using multimeter, measure resistance at
bushing of X1/ Ter. 49 to ground
|
approx. 180 W
|
· Lead interruption between X1/
Ter. 49 and control unit K103
· Control unit K103 defective
|
|
· Ignition OFF
· Release wiring harness connection X1
and disconnect
· Replace F15
· Ignition ON
|
F15 OK
|
· Short circuit to ground between F15 and
wiring harness coupling X1
· Short circuit to ground to another
consumer connected to F15 (see Omega-B circuit diagrams)
· Short circuit to ground in body wiring
harness between X1/ Ter. 49 and control unit K103 or another consumer
connected to X1/ Ter. 49 (see Omega-B circuit diagrams)
