Connect VAG 1551/1552 Scan Tool.

Start engine and let idle.

If an unrealistic value appears in Display zone 4 or Fuel temperature is displayed as a substitute

Check Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor -G62- and wiring to sensor as follows

Press -> button.
