Lower anchors

All CR's manufactured after September 1, 2002 must have lower anchor attachments for the LATCH system. They must also continue to be capable of
installation using the vehicle safety belts.

It is important to note that CR manufacturers began to provide such lower anchor attachments for the LATCH system in the year 2000 even before the
required date.
