Loosen bolt to disable belt tensioner; tighten bolt to return tensioner to operational condition again (only vehicles with mechanical belt
tensioner).

Two different belt tensioners are installed:

Mechanical belt tensioner and pyrotechnic (electric) belt tensioner.

Retaining tabs determine position of belt reel

Loosen bolt -11- to disable belt tensioner; tighten bolt -11- to return tensioner to operational condition again (only vehicles with
mechanical belt tensioner).
