Technical Background
Various electrical malfunctions including no-start may be caused by incorrect torque on fuse terminals -arrows- of the fuse holder located above the
battery.

Service
For all vehicles produced up to VIN: 1C5WM028734:

Check Vehicle Data File for prior repair based on Part Identifier and Labor Operation.
If prior repair has been performed, no further action is required.
If prior repair has not been performed:

Obtain radio security code and note radio station pre-sets.

Switch ignition OFF.

Lift fuse holder assembly and disconnect battery Ground (GND) strap.

Lift fuse cover, then, using a thin walled socket to assure proper fit, torque terminal fasteners to 6 plus/minus 1 Nm (53plus/minus9 in.lb).

Lift fuse holder assembly and reconnect battery (GND) strap.

Reset clock, re-code radio and reprogram customer's radio station pre-sets.
Reset automatic opening and closing features for front driver's and passenger's windows as follows: With all doors and windows in closed position,
reactivate power windows by:

Locking vehicle with key from outside driver's or passenger's door.

Unlock vehicle and lock again (hold key in lock position for at least 1 second).
Tip: All LED's in the door trim panel will flash for approximately 15 seconds after ignition is switched on.
