Remove circlip.
1. Pliers (commercial type)

-

Install axle shaft in press.

-

Hold axle shaft, then press triple-rotor star off axle shaft.

-

Pull joint together with triple-rotor joint boot off shaft.

-

Clean shaft and housing.

Assembling 

-

Slide small clamp for triple-rotor joint boot onto shaft.

-

Slide triple-rotor joint boot onto shaft.

-

Slide triple rotor joint housing onto shaft.

Assembling triple-rotor star 

The chamfer (arrow) on the triple-rotor star is to ease assemble. The star is installed in such a way that the chamfer faces toward the opposite end of
the axle shaft.

-

Install triple-rotor star onto shaft as per markings and drive on up to stop.

-

Install circlip, make sure that it is seated correctly.

-

Install rollers onto triple-rotor star per markings.

-

Slide joint over rollers and hold.
