Check Closed Throttle Position switch (Display field 4).

If specification obtained

-

Press -> button.

Rapid data transfer

Select function XX

Press 0 and 6 buttons to select "End output" function 06.

-

Press Q button to enter input.

-

Switch OFF ignition.

Check continuation when display shows Partial Throttle Position

-

Disconnect harness connector -1- from Throttle Control Module -2-.

-

Bridge connector terminals 2 + 6 using jumper wires from VW 1594 adaptor kit and observe display.
