Cutting location

Cut out outer B pillar according to degree of damage.

Drill out B pillar reinforcement original joint.

Remove excess material

Remove B pillar

Welding methods, preparing new part

Transfer separating cut to new part plus 10 mm (0.339 in.) for overlap. Separate shaded area.
