Convertible Top Weatherstrip: Service and Repair

Seal For Windshield Frame, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Pry out interior light using a screw driver.

-

Disconnect harness connector.

-

Remove sun visor - 1 - and sun visor mount - 2 -

-

Rotate sun visor mount - 2 - 90 ° and remove.

-

Disconnect harness connectors, if installed.

-

Remove trim for windshield frame.

-

Remove screws - 2 -, compress retaining tabs - arrows - for mounts - 1 - and remove mounts - 1 -.

-

Pull seal - 3 - for windshield frame out of retaining rails - 4 - (seal is placed underneath with butyl strip in upper area of windshield frame).

Installing
