Black marks on convertible top - rear window area
The black rubber seal for the rear window could cause marks on the top material when the top is in the down position.
To eliminate this possibility:

Advise the customer that these marks can be prevented by placing a cotton towel over the rear window and weatherstrip prior to lowering the top.

Clean any marks with a mild cleaning agent and a brush.
