5. Disconnect the wiring harness connector and the screws shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. Pull the instrument panel off of its retaining clips and remove
it to the right.
Installation is the reverse of removal. Torque the bolts and nuts for the kneebar to 21 Nm (15 ft lb)
